Refund Policy – Gym Baraka

Returns Process

Customers are welcome to inspect and try on clothing as they would in a physical store. However, any returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item and meet the following conditions:

  • The clothing must be in resellable condition (no signs of wear, no odors, original tags attached, and preferably in original packaging).

Steps to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us
    Reach out to us via Instagram, TikTok, or email to inform us about the return.

  2. For UK Customers

    • We will provide you with a return label at a cost of £5, which the customer must pay.
    • Ensure the package is properly prepared for shipment.
  3. For International Customers

    • Purchase and print a return label from a delivery service like Royal Mail and send the package to our business address.
    • We recommend using an international tracked & signed service to prevent any loss.
    • Please note, we cannot process refunds or exchanges until we receive the returned item.
  4. Inspection & Refund

    • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the above conditions. Refunds will only be processed if the return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order immediately and contact us. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to report and return such items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


False Chargebacks

Filing false chargebacks is prohibited and may result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who submit false claims.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled up to the next business day after they are placed.
  • You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your items.

Refund Approvals

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at gymbaraka@gmail.com.
